Rich Cronin Died

Sad news from the entertainment stage,Rich Cronin, lead singer and founder of the late 1990′s boy group LFO, died after a long battle with leukemia, according to reports from TMZ and E! News. He was 35. Or LFO Lyte Funky Ones, were the famous beach of 1999-the first hit “Summer Girls”, which included the glory-the-moment lyrics written by Cronin, “I love girls who wear Abercrombie and Fitch.” The video for their follow-up, “Girls on TV,” Selected Cronin girlfriend Jennifer Love Hewitt. The band split in 2002. In 2005, Cronin was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Two years later, his cancer in remission, Cronin – along with former Boy Banders Jeff Timmons (98 Degrees), Bryan Abrams (of Color Me Badd), and Chris Kirkpatrick (of ‘N Sync) – starred in the VH1 reality Mission : Man Band, the Suppression of the quartet to launch a new group.

Kirkpatrick updated his Facebook profile today with the message “RIP good friend Rich C.” Lance Bass is also posted on Twitter with a message, “Sad sad day that Rich Cronin died – was an amazing guy.”

In 2006, Cronin, looking back on his career, told EW, “I am truly grateful for the success I had. And if it happens again, it would be really cool. I’m just the same guy writing pop songs to make people happy. And yet, I only wanted girls in Abercrombie and Fitch “.www.12news.us
